Most people don’t know about this powerful technique for reducing churn and increasing retention. I call it the “What Have I Done For You Lately?” report.
It’s a report or a message or an infographic that illustrates all the value that a specific customer got from your product in the last year, expressed in their terms, not yours.
Using Stencil, a tool that I use on a weekly basis, and other examples of tools I’ve worked with in the past, I illustrate the idea in this episode. Then I give you some actions you can take right away to start using it.
